Huawei Cloud Meeting Resource Types
Huawei Cloud Meeting resources are classified into two types:
- Concurrent participant resources: If an enterprise purchases concurrent participant resources, users in the enterprise can flexibly hold meetings as long as the total number of online participants in all meetings does not exceed the number of concurrent participant resources of the enterprise. In a single meeting, the number of video participants cannot exceed 500.
- Cloud meeting rooms: If an enterprise purchases cloud meeting rooms, the number of participants in each meeting room is fixed, which can be 10, 50, 100, 200, 300, 400, or 500. For example, if an enterprise purchases three 100-participant cloud meeting rooms, up to three meetings can be held at the same time, even if the number of participants in each meeting is less than 100.
The two types of resources can be purchased at the same time. When creating a meeting, you need to specify the resources used for holding the meeting. If you do not specify the resources, the meeting is held using concurrent participant resources by default. For details, see Recommended Subscription Plans.
