    Monitor the cloud platform and advanced cloud services 24/7 with professional tools, and promptly address any alarms or issues. This does not involve the monitoring of the customer's in-house service systems.

    Incident handling

    Develop processes needed to receive, handle, and escalate live network environment events to ensure prompt fault handling and recovery and fulfilment of SLAs.

    Issue handling

    Handle routine issues of the cloud platform and advanced cloud services. This involves O&M activities like issue acceptance, locating, rectification, and recovery.

    Fault rectification

    The remote O&M team handles emergency faults that araise in the cloud platform or advanced cloud services. This involves O&M activities such as fault acceptance, locating, rectification, and recovery.

    Change handling

    Accept change requests, prepare for changes, formulate, review, and implement solutions, verify and confirm change results, and roll back changes if necessary.

    Resource and capacity management: Evaluate resource usage, redundancy, forecasts, and pain points on the live network. Provide targeted recommendations to support resource expansion, restructuring, and evolution.

    Once-a-year upgrade for basic cloud services: Ensure that the cloud platform can run in its optimal state by upgrading it with the latest version and patches. This involves designing, reviewing, and implementing the upgrade solution, as well as verifying and confirming the results.

    Once-a-year upgrade for advanced cloud services: Ensure that the management plane of these services can run in its optimal state by upgrading it with the latest version and patches.     In-depth inspection: Regularly inspect the cloud platform and cloud services to identify potential issues and risks, and take measures to rectify them.
