What Are the Causes of Skill Creation Failures?

Skill creation failures are mainly caused by:

Incorrect skill parameter settings. For example, the skill name is invalid or the entered OBS address does not exist.
Network delay or interruption. Ensure that the network is normal when you create a skill.
The Huawei Cloud account is in arrears or frozen.
