Symptoms
An error message containing Address already in use is displayed.
nginx: [emerg] bind() to ***.***.***.0:80 failed (98: Address already in use)
Cause Analysis
Nginx has been started and the port has been occupied.
Solution
Deploy the action for stopping Nginx and restart it.
