DROP RESOURCE POOL

Drops a resource pool.

The resource pool cannot be deleted if it is associated with a role.

Only users with the SYSADMIN permission, or the initial user can perform this operation.

This syntax is not supported in the multi-tenancy scenario. Use the RESOURCE_MANAGER advanced package.

This syntax is not supported during upgrade.

DROP RESOURCE POOL [ IF EXISTS ] pool_name;

IF EXISTS
Reports a notice instead of an error if a specified resource pool does not exist.

pool_name
Specifies the name of a created resource pool.

Value range: a string that complies with the Identifier Naming Conventions.
