Why Is My CDN Disabled?

Possible causes:

Your domain name is banned due to violations of content regulations (sexually-explicit, illegal drug, gambling, or extremist content).
Your domain name's license has expired.
Your domain name has been attacked.

Solutions:

If your domain name is banned due to ICP license expiration, have it reviewed by referring to Reviewing a Domain Name after obtaining a new license.
If your domain name is banned due to content regulation violation, CDN can no longer be enabled for the domain name.
If your domain name is banned due to an attack, contact customer service to unban the domain name after the attack stops.
