Interface Parameter Usage Principle

When using the WebService interfaces provided by the CMS, third-party services must follow the usage principles described in Table 1.

Type	Description
Mandatory	Mandatory parameters must be contained in interface invoking request messages sent by services to the CTI platform in any case.
Optional	Whether to use optional parameters can be determined based on business requirements.
