Overview
This document describes the CC-CMS interfaces of the WebService type provided by the CTI platform and its usage instructions for third-party service customization personnel.

Privacy statement
This product provides secondary development capabilities and some of the interfaces are involved in processing customers' personal data (such as mobile numbers and consumption records). You are allowed to provide or develop corresponding functions based on the business requirements and within the purpose and scope permitted by laws and regulations. During the customization development, you are obligated to take considerable measures to ensure that the personal data of customers and content for communication are fully protected. The measures include but are not limited to the following:
- Collect and process individual data only for required businesses.
- Do not provide hidden channels for accessing the system without being authenticated based on normal mechanisms.
- Do not record sensitive data that may cause economic loss to customers, such as user password (plaintext or ciphertext) and bank account, in logs.
