The tables below describe the functions released in each Distributed Message Service for Kafka version and corresponding documentation updates. New features will be successively launched in each region.

Specification name optimized for billing

The specification name of Kafka instances in the billing system is optimized. The new specification name is Distributed Message Service (for Kafka).

The original name may be confused with other cloud service names or specifications.

Accumulation diagnosis available on the console

The message accumulation diagnosis function is available on the console. If there are accumulated messages, you can learn about the possible causes, affected partitions or brokers, and handling suggestions of the accumulation by viewing the diagnosis record.
