Viewing User Operation Records

Workspace provides the user operation record function to record key operations of users on the Workspace client. You can filter and export the records. The records include but are not limited to those listed in Table 1.

Startup, shutdown, restart, hibernation, wakeup, snapshot creation, snapshot deletion, and snapshot restoration

User-related configurations

Changing and resetting passwords, signing privacy statements, providing feedback, uploading logs, and creating maintenance tasks

Collaborative office

Creating, updating, joining, and canceling collaboration spaces, removing members from a collaborative space, modifying collaboration space configurations, and modifying personalized configurations of a collaboration space

  1. This function does not record internal user operations on the cloud desktop, including mouse and keyboard operations, application startup and usage, file access, editing, copying, and deletion, and internal commands or configuration changes of the operating system.
  1. If you have higher requirements on the internal operation audit of Workspace, you can use screen recording audit or third-party audit products.

Filtering and Viewing

You can filter the operation records by Last 24 hours, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or a custom time range.

User operation records can be retained for a maximum of 30 days. For details about how to retain the records for a longer period, see Interconnecting with LTS and Viewing User Operation Logs.

Record Export and Management

You can click Export on the user operation records page to download or delete the generated file in the Export Center for audit archiving and data management.
