Rebooting a Proxy Instance
Scenarios
You can reboot a proxy instance you have created.
Constraints
- If the proxy instance status is Abnormal, the reboot may fail.
- Reboot a proxy instance interrupts the database connection. You are advised to reboot it during off-peak hours. To shorten the time required, reduce database activities during the reboot to reduce rollback of transit transactions.
Procedure
- Log in to the management console.
- Click
in the upper left corner and select a region and project.
- Click
in the upper left corner of the page and choose Databases > TaurusDB.
- On the Instances page, click the instance name.
- In the navigation pane, choose Database Proxy, locate the target proxy instance, and choose More > Reboot in the Operation column.
