Company
An organizational unit is a fundamental attribute of platform users; each individual belongs to an organizational unit. In practical operations, organizational units are categorized into two types: enterprises and entity departments.
- Use of organizational structures in the system: Administrators can batch-configure user access permissions and data masking policies based on the organizational structure.
- The functions include: search, add, edit, and logout.
- Search: Perform an organization search by entering the organization name to retrieve business units.
- Add Enterprise: Add organizational information, including the organization name.
- Edit: Modify organizational information, including the organization name.
- Logout: Cancel the information of an organizational unit.
Adding an enterprise and department
- Logging in to the Database Operations and Maintenance Management System using the sysadmin system administrator account.
- In the left navigation bar, select User Management> Company.
- Select a node in the left organizational tree. You can create child organizations under this node.
- Click the Add Enterprise button. From the dropdown list, select Enterprise or Physical Department.
- When you select Enterprise, the Add Enterprise page appears. Enter the enterprise information and click OK. Figure 1 Adding enterprise

Abbreviation in Chinese
The Chinese abbreviation of the enterprise. (Required)
Legal Person
The legal name of the enterprise.
Enterprise Type
Enterprise type: Group headquarters, general enterprise, subsidiary. (Required)
Military Industry Code
Military industry code (the code name used in the military industry).
Group Unit Code
The code for the enterprise group unit.
Unified Social Credit Identifier
The enterprises social unified code.
Industry Type
The industry to which the enterprise belongs.
Postal Code
Enterprise postal code.
Province and City
The province or city where the enterprise is located. (Required)
Address
Enterprise detailed address.
Establishment Time
Company establishment date.
Principal
Enterprise manager. (Required)
Website
Official Website of the Enterprise.

Related Operations
- Edit: Select the organization tree on the left, and the subordinate organizations under it will appear on the right. Choose an organization, click the Edit button, and modify its configuration information as needed.
- Logout: Select the organization tree on the left, and the list of subordinate organizations under it will appear on the right. Choose an organization, click the Logout button, and remove the organization information as needed.
- Organizational Tree Search: In the organizational tree search field, enter the company name to search the organizational tree.
- Organizational List Search: Select the organizational tree on the left, and the list of subordinate organizations under it appears on the right. In the search field, enter the Full Name in Chinese, Abbreviation in Chinese, principal, or type information to search the organizational list.
Currently, much of the information within the organizational structure does not meet international usage requirements—for example, address options are limited to domestic provinces and cities.
