System Roles
Configure the roles users hold in the system. Role permissions vary and affect access to menu functions and database data. Functions include role retrieval, role creation, role editing, and role deletion.
Viewing role information
- Logging in to the Database Operations and Maintenance Management System using the sysadmin system administrator account.
- In the left navigation bar, select User Management> System Roles to view the role list, displayed in a card-based layout.
- System administrators can only view role information; only security administrators can manage role information.
- Hover the mouse over a target role and click the Permission button. Figure 1 System ole

Current role type: System Administrator, Security Administrator, or Security Auditor. (Required)
Usage scenario: A newly created role can only have partial or all permissions of one of the following three roles: System Administrator, Security Administrator, or Security Auditor, or Database Operator.

Permission
The system menu permission settings for the role.

Search: Enter the role name or note in the search area to quickly filter and locate the specified role.
