Transferring a Case

If you are no longer the owner of a case, you can transfer the case to a new owner.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to the AICC, choose Case 2.0 > Case Workbench, and click the Todo or Unassigned tab.
  2. Transfer cases one by one or in batches. After a case is transferred to a specified owner, the owner has the permission to handle the case.

  3. Alternatively, click on the details page of a case to transfer the case.
