Accepting a Case

You can handle a case in a queue only after accepting the case.

Procedure

  1. Sign in to the AICC, choose Case 2.0 > Case Workbench, and click the Unassigned tab.
  2. Accept cases one by one or in batches. After accepting a case, you have the permission to handle the case, and the case is added to the Todo list.

    A maximum of 100 cases can be accepted at a time.
