Greeting Resource Templates

Resource templates in the first response of the intelligent agent assistant flow can be configured and modified by the customer or preconfigured by the business personnel based on the customer requirements.

  1. Choose Flow > Orchestration and click Edit corresponding to the agent assistant flow.
  2. Click the first response diagram element to view the response template name on the right.
  3. Choose Resource > Resource Template.
  4. Click Edit next to the template described in 2.
  5. On the Edit Template page, modify the template as required and click Confirm.
