Defining Outbound Call Data Attributes
The purpose of defining outbound call attributes is to create customized attributes for outbound call data configuration. The attributes can be used for outbound call filtering and sorting.
Prerequisites
Some operations under the current menu are controlled by separate permissions. If related operation permissions are not configured, the corresponding operations are not supported. For details about the operation permissions that can be configured separately, see Table 1.
Context
A tenant can set business information about a specific enterprise, for example, the customer name and arrears amount defined in an outbound call attribute.
Procedure
- Sign in to the AICC as a tenant administrator and choose .

Description
Attribute Name
Attribute name, which is customized. The value can contain a maximum of 20 characters.
Attribute Code
Attribute code, which is customized. The value can contain a maximum of 30 characters.
Digits, letters, and hyphens (-) are allowed. When letters are used as attribute codes, outbound call attributes can be sorted in alphabetical order.
Organization Unit
The options are as follows:
- Tenant administrator: All OUs under the current tenant are available.
- Agent:
- If the tenant parameter Has the tenant enabled inter-organization data isolation enforcement is set to Yes, OUs that can be accessed by agents are available.
- If the tenant parameter Has the tenant enabled inter-organization data isolation enforcement is set to No, all OUs are available.
- Accessible OUs selected on the Configuration Center > Employee Center > Employee > Add Employee page are available.
NOTE:
Contact the tenant administrator to set tenant parameters on the Configuration Center > System Management > Tenant Parameter page.
Marketing Mode
- Telemarketing
- Multimedia marketing
- Public (available for both Telemarketing and Multimedia marketing)
Attribute Type
Attribute type. The options are as follows:
- String
- Digit
- Encryption
NOTE:For security purposes, set Attribute Type to Encryption if the attribute contains personal data, such as the customer ID card number.
Push to Agent
The options are as follows:
: The attribute is displayed on the outbound call workbench.
Mandatory
The options are as follows:
Anonymized
The options are as follows:
NOTE:For security purposes, set Anonymized to Yes if the attribute contains personal data, such as the customer ID card number.
Editable
The options are as follows:
- Click OK. The attribute is successfully created and is in unpublished state.
- (Optional) If the created data attribute is incorrect, click Edit in the Operation column to edit the attribute content, including Attribute Name, Push to Agent, Mandatory, Anonymized, and Editable.
(Optional) If the data attribute is no longer needed, click Delete in the Operation column to delete it.
- Click Publish in the Operation column corresponding to the new data attribute to publish it.
- Select a published data attribute and click Unpublish to cancel it.
