Setting the Fixed-Line Phone Number or Mobile Number

Prerequisites

The agent must have the Modifying Agent Fixed-Line Phone Number operation permission.

Procedure

  1. Choose Configuration Center > System Management > Agent Information.
  2. Click Edit.

    Set Fixed-Line/Mobile Number. The value can contain a maximum of 24 digits.

  3. Click Submit.
