Testing a Robot

You can test your robot to determine whether your configuration is correct.

Procedure

Choose Configuration Center > Chatbot Management > Flow Configuration.
Click Intelligent Chatbot. Click Test Call of the corresponding access code in the Actions column.
In the test dialog box that is displayed, click Start Call.
