How Do I Set the Click-to-Dial Called Route?

Prerequisites

A click-to-dial called route has been configured.

Procedure

  1. Click to enable Click To Call.
  2. Set CTD Called Party Configuration. The options are as follows:

    • Audio and video agent
    • IVR

  3. Select a configured called route.
  4. Click The next step to complete the configuration.
