Can I Access Standby RDS DB Instances?
No. You can directly access Huawei Cloud RDS primary instances and read replicas. Standby instances are not visible on the console and therefore you cannot access them directly.
RDS supports primary/standby failover and switchover. Data is synchronized between the primary and standby instances in real time.
