What Should I Do If Garbled Characters Are Displayed After SQL Query Results Are Exported to an Excel File for My RDS Instance?
Incorrect encoding may cause garbled characters. The default encoding is UTF-8. You must convert the default encoding to Unicode in the exported Excel file.
