Can I Freeze or Shut Down a GaussDB(DWS) Cluster to Stop Billing?

Yes. To cease incurring charges, you may stop the GaussDB(DWS) cluster. If the cluster becomes unnecessary, it is recommended to either stop or permanently delete the cluster along with its resources.
