Disabling Scheduled Intelligent O&M Diagnosis

Function

CSS provides scheduled diagnostic capabilities as part of intelligent O&M and supports daily diagnosis of potential cluster risks. This API is used to disable scheduled intelligent O&M diagnosis.

Applicable to Elasticsearch and OpenSearch engines.
