Why Is a Received SMS Displayed as Garbled Characters?

The common causes are as follows:

Special characters (¥★^_^&√[]) are not supported. Such special characters may cause garbled characters in SMSs.
Supplier-induced problem. Submit a service ticket to contact Huawei Cloud technical support.
