Directives: ifdef, ifndef, else, elif, and endif

ecpg provides ifdef, ifndef, else, elif, and endif conditional compilation instructions.

During preprocessing, different parts of the program are compiled based on different conditions. When using the program, you need to add the EXEC SQL prefix keyword.
