GS_SESSION_ALL_SETTINGS

GS_SESSION_ALL_SETTINGS displays the full GUC parameter settings of all sessions on the local node. Only the sysadmin and monadmin users have the permission to view this view. In the multi-tenancy scenario, the result about a PDB is returned to its own PDB, and all information is returned to a non-PDB.
