Scaling In a Cluster - ShrinkCluster
Function
This API is used to scale in an MRS cluster by removing nodes from a specified node group.
Two scale-in methods are supported: scale-in by quantity, where the system automatically selects the nodes to be deleted, and scale-in by specifying nodes, which supports deleting ECS nodes in an abnormal state. You can view the scale-in progress by using the cluster details query API.
Constraints
None
Debugging
You can debug this API in API Explorer. Automatic authentication is supported. API Explorer can automatically generate sample SDK code and supports sample SDK code debugging.
Authorization Information
Each account has all the permissions required to call all APIs, but IAM users must be assigned the required permissions.
- If you are using role/policy-based authorization, see Permissions Policies and Supported Actions for details on the required permissions.
- If you are using identity policy-based authorization, the following identity policy-based permissions are required.
