Starting a Pipeline
This section describes how to start a pipeline to deploy an application.
Prerequisites
The pipeline is not in the Running state. To view the pipeline status, see Viewing Pipeline Details.
Starting a Pipeline
- Log in to ServiceStage.
- Choose Continuous Delivery > Pipeline.
- Start the pipeline in either of the following methods:
- Directly start: Select the pipeline and click Start.
- View details and then start: Click the pipeline. On the Pipeline Details page displayed, view the details by referring to Viewing Pipeline Details and then click Start.
If the pipeline need to be approved, it is in the To be confirmed state during component deployment. The pipeline can continue to run only after you notify the approvers for approval. For details, see Approving a Pipeline.
Follow-up Operations
After the pipeline is started, you can build and deploy applications in one-click mode. For details about maintenance operations after application components are deployed, see Component O&M.
