Viewing Work Item Import/Export Records

You can download the imported and exported work item files.

Prerequisites

  • Some work items have been imported or exported in a project.
  • Only the export records of the last seven days are retained.
  • Only the import records of the last month are retained.
  • The project administrator can view the import and export records of all members in the current project.

Viewing Export Records

  1. Access the CodeArts Req homepage.
  2. Go to a project and choose Settings > Work > Import/Export.

  3. Download the desired work items. All project members' export records of any types of work items will be displayed on this page.

Viewing Import Records

  1. Access the CodeArts Req homepage.
  2. Go to an IPD-system device project and choose Settings > Work > Import/Export.
  3. Download the desired work items. All project members' import records of any types of work items will be displayed on this page.
