Improving Dialog Experience of Agents

Configuring the Prologue

The prologue is the first guidance information that users see after entering the agent. It helps users quickly understand the functions and usage of the agent and know how to interact with the agent effectively. The prologue should be concise, friendly, and clear.

  • In the Dialog experience > Prologue area, you can enter a prologue or click Intelligent Add to automatically add a prologue,

for example, "Hello". I am your smart assistant. I'm glad to help you. Please tell me what I can do for you today.

Configuring Recommended Questions

Recommended questions: Recommended questions are questions or topics that an agent proactively displays when a user interacts with the agent for the first time. Preset options are provided to reduce the burden of typing for users.

  • In the Dialog experience > Recommended Questions area, you can enter recommended questions or click Intelligent Add to add recommended questions. You are advised to configure a maximum of three questions.

For example, "Please tell me what help you need, e.g., book a meeting room or query the weather forecast for me.

Configuring Follow-up Questions

Follow-up questions: After each round of replies, the system provides suggestions based on the dialog content by default to explore potential requirements of users.

  • In the Dialog experience > probe area, you can determine whether to enable the probe function. If this function is enabled, the model provides suggestions based on the dialog content by default after each round of replies.
