Licence
Authorization is required prior to system use.
After device authorization, you may view basic system and license information on the platform information page.
Updating License File
- Logging in to the Database Operations and Maintenance Management System using the sysadmin system administrator account.
- Select System Settings > License on the left navigation bar.
- Click Update Authorization File. Figure 1 License

Description
Validity
Show the expiration time of the current license.
Name
License product or project information.
Serial Number
Valid product serial number.
Feature
Security Gateway, Operations Portal.
Allowed asset quantity
The maximum number of assets you can create.
Import Time
Import the license (Click the Update Authorization File button to upload the license).
Expiration
The remaining validity period of the license.
License Type
Production environment, trial environment.
Operation Result
- After uploading the correct license file, the administrator needs to re-log in to view all function menus.
- For unauthorized products, users can only access the License menu upon logging into the page.
Related Operations
You can also perform the following management operations as needed:
License Application: Submit a license application to the manufacturer by email per actual project requirements.
- Security Management and Security Audit roles cannot perform the above operations. Only the System Administrator is authorized to upload license files.
- This step can be omitted for HUAWEI Cloud products.
