Logging in to the Database Operations and Maintenance Management System
After logging into the Web Console, administrators can manage and maintain the database operations management system.
prerequisite
You have obtained the login username and password from the technical support engineer.
Background information
The default username and password for factory use are as follows. For the specific username and password, please obtain them from the technical support engineer.

Logging In to the Instance Web Console
- Log in instance.
- Method 1: Log in to the service management console, go to the database encryption and access control page, and click in the Operation column of the target instance.
- Method 2: Obtain EIP from the database encryption and access control page displayed in method 1. Enter the address in the address box of the browser and press Enter. The login page is displayed.
Address: https://<server-EIP>:<port-number>, for example, https://100.xx.xx.54:18443.
- On the security warning page, click Advanced. Figure 1 Security Alert
- Click Proceed to xx.xx.xx.xx (unsafe). Figure 2 Continue
- Enter the Account, Password and verification code, then click Login.
- After the first login, you need to change the default password. For details, see Changing the Login Password.
You are advised to change the password periodically to ensure login security.
Changing the Login Password
- In the Web Console, move the mouse to the username in the upper-right corner. Figure 3 change password
- In the dropdown, click Modify Password.
- In the password modification dialog box, enter the original password and the new password, then click OK. The new password rules are shown in Table 2.

Password requirements:
- Range: 8 to 255 characters. The length must be at least 8 characters and no more than 255 characters.
- Rule requirements: You can set uppercase English letters (A - Z), lowercase English letters (a - z), numbers (0 - 9), and special characters (!@$%^-_=+[{}]:,.,./?~#*), and must include at least two of them.
- The username cannot be the same.
- The password cannot be the same as the original password.

Re-enter the modified password.
- After completing the modification, the system will automatically exit the Web Console. Log in again using the new password.
