Configuring Network Bandwidth
CAE displays the public IP address (outbound IP address) of the worker node in the cluster and the IP address (inbound IP address) to be associated with the public IP address for accessing components in CAE.
You can view and modify both the outbound and inbound bandwidths. The default bandwidth is 20 Mbit/s.
Viewing System Network Configuration
- Log in to CAE.
- Choose System Settings.
- Click Edit in the System Network Configuration module.
- View the outbound IP address, outbound bandwidth, inbound IP address, and inbound bandwidth.

Disabling the CAE Public Network Function
You can disable Access Public Network in the CAE Environment and Access CAE Environment from the Public Network to improve the system network security. They are enabled by default.
- Log in to CAE.
- Choose System Settings.
- Click Edit in the System Network Configuration module.
- Disable the CAE public network function.
- To disable Access Public Network in the CAE Environment, click
next to Access Public Network in the CAE Environment. In the displayed dialog box, click OK.
- To disable Access CAE Environment from the Public Network, click
next to Access CAE Environment from the Public Network. In the displayed dialog box, click OK.
- To disable Access Public Network in the CAE Environment, click
- The system displays "System network configurations modified", indicating that the system network configuration is complete.
- The public network function can be enabled again. Click
next to Access Public Network in the CAE Environment and Access CAE Environment from the Public Network to enable them.
Modifying Outbound and Inbound Bandwidths
- Log in to CAE.
- Choose System Settings.
- Click Edit in the System Network Configuration module.
- Click
and change the outbound and inbound bandwidths as required. The value must be an integer ranging from 1 to 300.

to confirm the modification. If "System network configurations modified" is displayed, the system network configuration is complete.
