Viewing Marketing Tasks

Marketing tasks are a series of strategies, such as opportunity identification, cross-selling, promoting renewal, and scenario-based solution recommendation, used to develop customers. These strategies are used to efficiently and continuously enhance the connection with small and medium businesses and achieve marketing goals.

Resellers can view marketing tasks in Partner Center.

Your marketing tasks will be handled by your associated distributor. You can view the handling details and records.

Procedure

  1. Access the Marketing Tasks page.

    a) Log in to Huawei Cloud as a reseller.

    b) Click Partner Center in the drop-down list of your account name in the upper right corner.

    c) In the top navigation, select Sales > Leads and Opportunities > Marketing Tasks.

  2. Set search options to search for sales tasks.

    You can filter sales tasks by task title, customer name, account manager, status, task status, created time, and expiration time.

    You can click the eye icon next to a field to view or hide the complete content of the field. The content is hidden by default. For example, you can click the eye icon next to Customer Name/Account Name to show or hide the complete content of customer names.

  3. You can click the task title to view the details about the sales task, including the basic information, customer product expenditure ranking, and processing records.

    • You can click the Expand icon next to Customer Product Expenditure Ranking to view the product expenditure ranking of customers in the current year.
    • You can click the Expand icon next to Processing Record to view the processing records of the sales task.
