Database Connection Through Code (php/java/python) Failed After SSL Is Enabled

After SSL is enabled, an error message is displayed when a database is connected to using commands.

Check whether the connection command uses SSL.

Enable SSL and use an SSL connection to connect to a database. For details, see Using MySQL CLI to Connect to an Instance Through a Private Network.
Disable SSL and use a non-SSL connection to connect to a database. For details, see Connecting to a DB Instance Using a MySQL Client.
