60.12.5 Updates

Added the -lc++ configuration in TARGETS > ScreenShareExtension > Build Settings > Other Linker Flags.

During meeting creation, the meeting room (vmrId) and participant scope (joinConfRestrictionType) can be specified. For details, see Table 1.
Meeting details can be reported during a meeting. For details, see Meeting Details Notification.
Added the API for uploading a profile picture. For details, see Uploading a Profile Picture.
Added the profile picture blocking API to display a custom profile picture. For details, see Customizing the Profile Picture Display.
The API for scheduling a meeting returns meeting details in the result. For details, see 5.
