Renewal Introduction

Before a purchased CodeArts PerfTest package expires, you can:

Manually renew the package to extend the validity period. For details, see Manual Renewal.
Set auto-renewal upon expiration. For details, see Auto Renewal.

If you renew your package before it expires, resources will be retained and you can continue performing test tasks. For details about the statuses of a package after it expires, see Impact of Expiration.

Renewal Methods

Table 1 describes the two methods of renewing a package before it expires.

Method	Description
Manual Renewal	Before a package expires, you can manually renew it at any time on the Billing > Renewal page of the CodeArts PerfTest console to extend the package duration.
Auto Renewal	Before a package expires, you can enable auto-renewal for it at any time on the Billing > Renewal page of the CodeArts PerfTest console. After auto-renewal is enabled, the system will make the first attempt to charge your account for the renewal at 03:00, seven days before the expiry date. If this attempt fails, it will make another attempt at 03:00 every day until the package is renewed or expires.
