What Do I Do If the root Account of My GaussDB Instance Is Locked?

  1. On the Instances page, click the name of the target instance to go to the Basic Information page.
  2. In the Basic Information area, click Reset Password next to the Administrator field.
  3. Enter a new password and confirm the password.
