Yes. Special policies for partners won back from competitors are as follows:

Partners won back from A1
Partners of the A1 Registered tier are certified as HCPN Standard partners. Partners of the A1 Select tier are certified as HCPN Advanced partners. Partners of the A1 Advanced and Premier tiers are certified as HCPN Premier partners.
Partners won back from A2
Partners of the A2 Action Pack tier are certified as HCPN Standard partners. Partners of the A2 Silver competency are certified as HCPN Advanced partners. Partners of the A2 Gold competency are certified as HCPN Premier partners.
