name	String	Yes	Service name.
appId	String	Yes	Application ID.
serviceId	String	No	Service ID.
version	String	Yes	Service version.
instanceId	String	No	Instance ID.
instance	String	Yes	Instance name.
thread	String	No	Number of threads.
cpu	String	No	CPU usage.
memory	String	No	Memory.
interfaces	Table 2	No	API data details.

Parameters serviceId and instanceId must be specified or left blank at the same time.
