UGO.10100010 Incorrect file format

The file format is incorrect.

Th uploaded file is not the JSON file generated by the SQL statement capture service.

Check the JSON file format.
Take a screenshot of the error.
In the upper right corner of the console, choose Service Tickets > Create Service Ticket and contact the customer service.
