Cluster Console Overview
The UCS container cluster management console provides unified management of standard Kubernetes clusters and an independent cluster operation portal for users to manage a cluster separately.
- For CCE clusters, the operations on the UCS cluster console are the same as those on the CCE console. For details, see What is Cloud Container Engine?.
- For non-CCE clusters, the cluster console enables you to manage basic Kubernetes resources, such as nodes, workloads, services and routes, container storage, configuration items and keys, and namespaces.
The console permissions of non-CCE clusters are separately managed by UCS. You need to configure the permissions on the UCS Permissions Policies as a Huawei Cloud user or member of the admin user group. For details, see Table 2.
