Changing the ServiceStage Product Edition

You can change the ServiceStage edition based on service requirements. For details about ServiceStage editions, see ServiceStage Product Editions.

After the edition is changed, the new edition's capabilities will be provided and you will be billed based on the usage of the new edition. For product pricing of each edition, see Product Pricing Details.

If you change from profession edition to basic edition, some functions provided by the professional edition will be lost.

Changing the ServiceStage Product Edition

  1. Log in to ServiceStage.
  2. On the right of the Overview page, click Change under Current
  3. Specify Target.
  4. Click Next and view and confirm the Product Info of the target version.
  5. Select I have read and agreed to Legal Statement and Privacy Statement.
  6. Click Confirm.
