Buying a Package

ROMA Connect supports package billing. Package RCU-hour quota is deducted first and the excess usage is billed in the pay-per-use mode. You can purchase RCU packages based on service requirements.

Constraints

  • The package quota is valid only in one effective month. The remaining quota expires and cannot be transferred to the next month. The purchased package takes effect upon order confirmation. Please note that orders cannot be unsubscribed from.
  • Automatic renewal has yet to be supported. RCU hours beyond the package quota are billed in pay-per-use mode.

Procedure

  1. Go to the Buy ROMA Connect Instance page.
  2. Configure the package details, select I have read and agree to the preceding rules, and click Next.

    Parameter

    Description

    Region

Select the region where the corresponding ROMA Connect instance is located.

    Specification Selection

Select a package specification of the RCU-hour quota.

Each specification contains a different RCU-hour quota per month. If you select 1,000 RCU Hours/Month for a five-RCU instance, you can use the instance for 200 hours in the effective month. After the 200 hours, the instance is billed in the pay-per-use mode. If there are multiple instances, the total number of RCUs are calculated.

    Duration

Select the validity period (renewal period) of the package.

For example, if you purchase a package for two months, you can use the package for two consecutive months. The package specification is the same for each month.

    Quantity

Enter the number of packages to be purchased. If you purchase multiple packages at the same time, the packages take effect at the same time.

  3. On the configuration confirmation page, select I have read and agree to the Customer Agreement and Privacy Statement, and click Next to make the payment for successful purchase.
