Deleting R&D Requirements

You can delete invalid and completed R&D requirements to release the project space.

Requirements under baseline review and change review cannot be deleted.

In the R&D requirement list, select the requirement to be deleted.
- To delete a single requirement, click in the row where the R&D requirement to be deleted is located and select Delete. The Warning dialog box is displayed.
- To delete one or more requirements, select the requirements to be deleted and select Delete. The Warning dialog box is displayed.
To delete a baselined requirement, you need to go through the review process. After the review is passed, the requirement is deleted successfully.
Click Delete. A message is displayed, indicating that the deletion is successful.

Deleted requirements can be restored from Recycle Bin.

On the homepage of the R&D requirement, click Recycle Bin in the upper right corner, and the Recycle Bin window is displayed.
Click in the row where the R&D requirement to be restored is located. The restoration confirmation prompt is displayed.
Click OK to restore the requirement.
The restored requirement is displayed in the R&D requirement list, staying in the status before deletion.
