Deleting RRs

You can delete invalid and completed RRs to release the project space.

RRs in the ongoing state cannot be deleted.

Prerequisites

  • A project has been created.
  • An RR has been created.

Procedure

  1. In the RR list, click in the row where the RR to be deleted is located and choose Delete. The Warning dialog box is displayed.
  2. Click Delete. A message is displayed, indicating that the deletion is successful.

More Operations

RRs that have been deleted and moved to the recycle bin can be recovered in the recycle bin.

  1. On the Raw Requirements page, click Recycle Bin in the upper right corner. The Recycle Bin window is displayed.
  2. Click the check box of the RRs to be restored.

    Multiple RRs can be selected.

  3. Click Recovery in the lower right corner of the window. A confirmation dialog box is displayed.

    To restore a single RR, click in the row where the RR is located.

  4. Click OK to restore the RR.

    The restored requirement is displayed in the original requirement list, staying in the status before deletion.
