Configuring Chat Memory

Global memory variables can be configured in the Global Configuration dialog box.

To configure memory variables, perform the following steps:

Configure memory parameters by referring to Table 1.

**Table 1** Description of memory variables
Parameter	Description
Name	Name of a memory variable.
Default value	Optional.
duration	If long-term is selected, the variable value will be saved for a long time after being recorded. If conversation is selected, the recorded variable value is automatically restored to the default value after the conversation ends. If no default value is set, the value is empty.
Description	Description of a memory variable.

After setting the memory parameters, click OK.
