Deleting a Resource Pool

You can delete an existing resource pool on MRS Manager.


  • No queue in any cluster is using the resource pool being deleted as the default resource pool. For details, see Configuring a Queue.
  • Resource distribution policies of all queues have been cleared from the resource pool being deleted. For details, see Clearing the Configuration of a Queue.
  • IAM user synchronization has been completed. (On the Dashboard tab page of the cluster details page, click on the right side of IAM User Sync to synchronize IAM users.)

  1. On the MRS cluster details page, click Tenants.

    For MRS 1.8.10 or earlier, follow instructions in Deleting a Resource Pool.

  2. Click the Resource Pool tab.
  3. Locate the row that contains the specified resource pool, and click Delete in the Operation column.

    In the dialog box that is displayed, click OK.
