Storage Settings

There are three types of spaces: department space, individual space, and group space. A department space is used to store files shared in the department, an individual space is used to store private files, and a group space is used to share files among group members. After a customer purchases a package, the system allocates the total storage to the three types of space based on the ratio of 6:2:2 by default. On the Storage Settings page, the system administrator can adjust the size of the space allocated to each type. This function applies only to yearly/monthly resources. Users can flexibly adjust the allocation ratio of each space type as needed to maximize the utilization of space resources.
